Purpose of GBPR

The purposes for which this corporation is organized are  exclusively charitable, educational, literary and scientific purposes within the meaning of § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code 1954, which states that GBPRI shall develop,  implement  and promote  a  recycling program on Guam to reduce   the solid waste in the Guam Landfill while providing the Guam Public and Private Schools systems a means to raise funds through a pro-active educational  program and shall further engage in any lawful activity that is not‑for‑profit,  for  which the corporation  may be organized under Guam law.
